Jemana holds a bachelor of art's degree in psychology and history from Simon Fraser University, a post undergraduate citation in disability and applied behaviour analysis from Douglas College, a Master's in Education from the University of British Columbia and a certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy from Laurier University. 


As a certified SMiLE trainer, Jemana is especially interested in promoting literacy skills amongst children, youth and adults who have previously been deemed unable to learn to read. Jemana has completed specialised coursework in trauma and trauma informed services and is certified by Trauma Institute International as a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist Individual (CCTS-I).

Jemana's conference experiences include sitting on panels to discuss the impact disability has on the neurotypical sibling, presenting at the First Annual Canadian Social Thinking Conference in 2014 and co-conducting a two-day workshop for the Provincial Outreach Program for Autism and Related Disorders (POPARD) on SMiLE in 2018.

In her spare time, Jemana enjoys reading, travelling, knitting, true crime podcasts (always lock your doors!) and spending time with her daughter, husband and two wiener dogs.

Behaviour Analyst .  


Brenda has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Western Ontario as well as a Bachelor of Education from Nipissing University College and a professional British Columbia teaching certificate. Brenda also has a Master of Science in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from 

Behaviour Analyst .

Brenda also has a Master of Science in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Montana State University. 


As a teacher and behaviour analyst, Brenda has extensive experience supporting children learn a variety of academic and functional skills. Furthermore, as a behaviour analyst, Brenda has experience supporting children and youth in homes, schools and in other community facilities such as group homes. 


Brenda has worked with children with special needs since 2005 and has experience supporting people with complex needs including ASD, FASD, ADHD, Down syndrome, brain injury, learning disabilities, and Fragile X.

In her free time, she enjoys the great outdoors and regularly walks the Westwood Lake trails with her poodle.  She also enjoys just relaxing at home with her two teenage sons and husband.

Keri has worked with children and adults with special needs since 2007.  She completed her undergraduate degree from Simon Fraser University, has a certificate in School and Community Support Work from Vancouver Island University, and a Masters of Science with a specialization in Behaviour Analysis from Saint

Keri has worked with children and adults with special needs since 2007.  She completed her undergraduate degree from Simon Fraser University, has a certificate in School and Community Support Work from Vancouver Island University, and a Masters of Science with a specialization in Behaviour Analysis from Saint Josephs University.  


She has worked in a variety of different settings, including learning centers, home teams and group homes. She has worked with a wide variety of children with a range of abilities and particularly enjoys addressing challenging behaviours that prevent people from being included in their communities.

Keri is a born and raised Vancouver Islander and enjoys spending her time exploring the island with her daughters and her husband. When not by the water, you can find Keri perfecting her gardening skills and tending to her vegetables.

Kate has supported children, youth and adults with a variety of needs for over a decade. She completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Victoria and obtained a Master's in Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle.

As a behaviour analyst, Magda enjoys teaching social language skills, supporting families and schools with challenging behaviours, and providing individuals with self advocacy, executive functioning and emotional regulation skills. Magda specializes in utilizing Precision Teaching and Direct Instruction for skill acquisition, and progress evaluation, and is a member of the Standard Celeration Society.


Magda has presented at the Association for Behaviour Analysis- International, at UBC and at learning centres across the mainland.


In her spare time Magda enjoys listening to the CBC, reading new to her e-books, travelling, camping and exploring trails and small towns on the west coast. Magda spends her time with her husband, daughter and gracefully aging feline named Toothpaste.

Nicole enjoys working with children and youth to develop their social and language skills as well as encouraging positive behaviour change in order to better support community inclusion. Based out of Calgary, Nicole is able to offer online support to families in remote and underserved communities.

When not working with children and youth, Nicole enjoys painting, snowboarding, going on runs with her dogs and chasing after her twin sons and husband.

Tina has certificates in Signed English, and Structured Teaching through the Geneva Center of Autism.  Tina also has a diploma as an Educational Assistant and has worked has supported children in both school and community settings. She has taken the Autism Behavioural Science Graduate Certificate through Mohawk College in Ontario. Tina is currently in the process of completing her undergraduate degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis with Capilano University, where she is working towards becoming a Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst.


Tina enjoys spending time with her husband and making jewlery with her dog Nika (who isn’t very helpful).
